Serves :

175g coconut flakes

250g mixed nuts roughly chopped

2 tbsp chia seeds

1 tsp of ground cinnamon

80-100g coconut oil melted

4 tbsp of maple syrup

50g of cocoa powder

 

Method

  1. Preheat the over to 120 degrees and line a baking tray with baking paper, combine all of the ingredients and spread over the lined baking tray.
  2. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden, turning half way to prevent burning
  3. Remove an allow to cool
  4. Store in an airtight container
