Nutritional and Lifestyle Support for Cancer: Our Approach
My work places particular emphasis on metabolic and immune dysregulation in cancer, where I use a nutrition and nature-based approach informed by three years of dedicated biophysics mentorship. Rather than simply focusing the diagnoses, I work at the interface of mitochondrial function, circadian biology, immune signalling, and the microbiome to help clients build resilience from the ground up.
I draw on additional learning from Jack Kruse, Dawn Waldron’s Fluxable Practitioner training in integrative cancer support, ION practitioner training in cancer, and advanced functional medicine education through the Kharrhazian Institute, bringing together nutritional biochemistry, systems biology and clinical biophysics in everyday practice. I also contribute to practitioner education and supplement formulations, with a strong focus on evidence-informed, mechanistically grounded interventions that support the body’s innate capacity for repair and adaptation.
I have a full advanced DBS check and work with adults and children, I have also gone through CQC (Care Quality Commission) training through the Long Covid Clinic, and this involved modules that include safeguarding, health a safety, first aid, and supporting clients with neurodiversity. I have extensive experience in building relationships and communicating with multidisciplinary teams within medical settings and encourage collaborations remain open between all health specialists involving my client’s care.
