Serves :

250g pitted medjoul dates

250g walnuts

3 teaspoons of protein powder

Desiccated coconut to coat



  1. Place the dates, protein powder and walnuts in a food processor and blend until the mixture comes together and a sticky ball forms. Roll the mixture into small balls and coat with the coconut.  Keep in an airtight container in the fridge to up to 2 weeks.
