Hello...My name is Rachel owner of Be|Nourished and creator of The Immune Hub, a one stop resource for nutrition and lifestyle support for your immune health. I have been practicing nutrition for over 11 years, gaining remarkable insight on the root causes of illness. As the health of westernised countries continues to decline I understand there is a need for simple, safe and effective solutions that work with the laws of nature.
I hold a Master's Degree in Personalised Nutrition, have undertaken training in Functional Medicine and have studied intensively the research into alternative solutions to support Covid-19 and Long Haul Covid. I am dedicated to maximising my clients health status blending Evidence Based Research with Personalised Nutrition and Naturopathic strategies.

NUTRITION SUPPORT FOR COMPLEX NEEDS
I originally trained for 3 years with The College of Naturopathic Medicine gaining my diploma in Naturopathic Nutritional Therapy in 2010. I went on to do a Degree in Nutritional Science which I was able to APEL to an MSc in Personalised Nutrition with Middlesex University. My Research project has been accepted for publication and I have presented my work to peers and upcoming nutrition students.
Having suffered with and recovered from a serious autoimmune condition, I have personal insight on how nutrition and lifestyle interventions helped diminish my symptoms in order for me to live a
life free from medication. My knowledge and passion for health has enabled me to support thousands of clients over the years and also support my son through his year long post sepsis recovery. Since the start of the pandemic I have immersed myself within the research and have adapted my nutrition and lifestyle protocols to support immune resilience, Long Covid and vaccination damage.
