THE 7-STEPS TO IMMUNE RESILIENCE

I have worked with thousands of clients over the years and have learned that dealing with the triggers for immune system activation are key to long term healing and rejuvenation.  By working on the 7-Steps to Immune Resilience you will be actively supporting your health in a number of ways.

1 = Nourish: 
When you provide your body with the right foods you diminish cravings and addictions and you have energy and vitality. 

2 = Move: 
Movement supports your structural integrity, support lymphatic drainage, digestion and detoxification, the type of movement you do is important, too little and you become stagnant and stuck, too much and you produce too much acid and the body cannot detoxify properly.

3 = Connect: 
Meaningful connections lead to a more meaningful life, human, animal, nature and SELF connections are to be considered here, identifying and addressing previous or hidden trauma helps to nurture these connections.

4 = Digest: 
It is no good nourishing yourself with good food if you are not digesting and absorbing properly, likewise the food you eat has a direct impact on your immune system by feeding the tiny microbes that directly communicate your immune cells.

5 = Detox:  
Opening up your lymphatic, liver and kidney pathways ensures that they body is able to handle and clear out toxic waste effectively.

6 = Relax: 
Stress has a direct impact on the immune system, too much stress results in poor immune function, sluggish digestion and excess inflammation.
 
7 = Hydrate: 
Proper hydration provide that body with water and electrolytes needed for nutrient exchanges in the body, being hydrated helps keep the kidneys strong and functioning at an optimum levels.
