You will be emailed a health questionnaire which you will need to
complete before your consultation, after which you will receive:

Testing

To achieve the best results, it may be necessary to perform functional testing to get the most out of your program.  Testing will be discussed within your consultation, typical tests may include DNA analysis, Bio-Impedance analysis, hormone profiles, and digestive health analysis.

Supplements

All supplements prescribed by me come from reputable companies and are as clean as possible. Any supplements prescribed to competing sports people will be line with the guidelines given by the World Anti-Doping Agency (WADA).
