Serves : about 10 American style pancakes

50g Plain flour

120g of oats (blended to a smooth floury texture)

1 tsp of baking powder

1 egg

Milk (enough to form a thickish batter around 150ml)



1.Blend ingredients to make a batter, heat some oil in a frying pan and add the batter to make pancakes around 8-10 inches across, cook for a couple of minutes each, serve with natural yogurt, berries and 1 tsp of pumpkin seeds and maple syrup
