Light and Health

Sunlight and darkness are crucial for regulating our circadian rhythms, the body's internal timing device that dictates sleep-wake cycles and a multitude of other processes. Exposure to natural light patterns promote health and longevity while chronic exposure to artificial light disrupts health.

Water and Health

Water inside our cells is structured differently from regular water. This structured water is believed to enhance cellular communication and function. Drinking natural spring water or consuming foods which support the natural regualtion of water in the body is supportive.  Proper hydration is vital for maintaining the electrical charge and function of cells. Water facilitates nutrient transport, waste removal, and biochemical reactions.

Frequency and Health

Our bodies are sensitive to natural and artificial electromagnetic fields (EMFs) from the Earth and various technological sources. An example of Natural EMFs is known as the Schumann resonance, that help synchronise biological rhythms. Grounding, or direct contact with the Earth (e.g., walking barefoot), can help align our bodies with these beneficial frequencies.

As technology advances, our exposure to artificial EMFs, sound, and light increases. Mainstream science generally believes that this exposure does not pose a significant risk to human health. However, quantum biologists see things differently and understand that any frequency—whether from EMFs, sound, or light—can impact health either positively or negatively.

For instance, exposure to natural light helps regulate our circadian rhythms. Similarly, specific sound frequencies can promote relaxation and healing, while certain electromagnetic frequencies used in therapies can reduce inflammation and support cellular repair. In contrast, artificial sources of light, sound, and EMFs, such as those from electronic devices, can disrupt sleep patterns, increase stress levels, and potentially lead to other health issues.

Magnetism and Health

Frequency deals with oscillations and waves, which can be sound, light, or electromagnetic waves, while magnetism involves the attraction and repulsion forces between magnetic materials or those arising from moving electric charges. Latitude (where in the world you live) can influence the strength and characteristics of the Earth's magnetic field, potentially affecting how these natural frequencies interact with the body.  For instance certain bacteria, known as magnetotactic bacteria, align themselves with the Earth's magnetic field to navigate and find optimal environments for survival.  Migrating birds and mammals also rely on the earths magnetic frequencies to aid navigation.  Humans too have the inbuilt mechanisms that can respond to these fields, we have just been taught how to ignore them.
