Functional Health Appointment

Service Description

This package enables you to take a deep dive into your health from a functional and integrative perspective. Time is spend tracking back through your health history to identify any epigenetic traits, and which triggers and mediators may have contributed to your current symptoms. As part of this package you will receive: 90 minutes of in depth consultation time plus all the research needed to support your case A report on my findings along with your roadmap to health which you can also present to your current health care providers A personalised nutrition and lifestyle programme packed full with everything you need to get you on the road to health. 8 weeks text and/or email support from the start of your programme A 1 hour check in at week 4 and 8 to assess your progress Please note that I may recommend functional testing of which you will receive 20% discount and supplements of which you will receive 25% discount. Where possible all testing will be performed through your GP

Cancellation Policy

It is important to me that my time is spent supporting as many people as possible. Please ensure that you give as much notice as possible if you wish to move or cancel your appointment. If any work has been carried out preparing for your appointment then this time will be deducted from your refund. Once the consultation takes place no refund will be given after that point, Appointments cancelled within 48 hours or more before your appointment will receive a full refund.
