This consultation is particularly well-suited for individuals aiming to support their health and address chronic and complex health symptoms.  My analysis takes into account an assessment of your health timeline and help with the identification of the triggers and root causes of your symptoms. For those navigating health concerns, my tailored approach considers your specific symptoms, offering insights into dietary interventions and supplement protocols that may complement your healing journey.  In some cases I may recommend further testing to gain further insights into your health profile. Once all the information has been gathered, I will create a bespoke plan that usually includes dietary, lifestyle and supplement recommendation to support your healing journey. ​ Who is this programme for: - Individuals with less complex conditions that require minimal follow-up and support ​ What's included: - 90 minute e-consultation to discuss case history and intervention roadmap - Initial 7 day food diary analysis using 'Cronometer' app - 1 month email support (limited to 2 emails) - Basic personalised nutrition and lifestyle pack that will allow you to work methodically through your plan in specific stages. - Full drug/nutrient/supplement interaction check - Discount on supplements - Recipes / meal planners ​ Please note that any tests and supplements that may be required are charged extra to the consultation. Please note: * No payments are made online, once you have booked we will send an invoice out separately that will need to be settled prior to your consultation. * For initial consultations please book at least 2 weeks ahead to ensure enough time for you to create a 7 day food diary and the BeNourished analysis required.
