Choco cherry smoothie


Ingredients - serves 1

1 handful of spinach

1 small handful of cashew nuts

2 handfuls of frozen cherries

25g oats

200ml of milk of choice

1 dessert spoon of cacao/cocoa powder

1 tsp chia seeds


Method

Place all of the ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth and creamy
