Herby lamb chops

Updated: Nov 1, 2023

I prep this dinner in the morning on days when the afternoon is busy - it needs a 20 minute blast in the oven giving enough time to prep some veg to go with it.

Ingredients - serves 4

In the morning 1 pack of organic lamb chops 1 garlic bulb just chopped in half 1 small pack of rosemary 1 tbsp olive oil 1 tsp of salt and pepper

Method

Place everything together in a marinating bag or just a bowl mixing all the ingredients together. Place in the fridge for cooking up later on.

To cook Heat the oven to 200 degrees, place the ingredients on a baking tray and cook for 15- 20 minutes. We like our meat a bit pink but if you don't just cook for a little longer. Meanwhile cook up any other veg you might like or have with a salad, houmous and pitta breads .
