Layered crunch yogurt


Layered crunch yogurt - Serves 1

100g frozen blueberries/raspberries – placed in a pan with a little water and cooked down for 2-3 mins

200g yogurt of choice

Handful of muesli or granola mix and honey and nut butter to top


Method

Spoon layers of fruit puree, then yogurt and a sprinkle of muesli or granola in a tumbler style glass, should make 2-3 layers
