Handful of spinach

½ banana, chopped

150ml plant-based milk (almond, oat or coconut)

1 tbsp of almond nut butter

1 Medjoul date

Juice of 1 lime

Crushed ice


For extra protein add your favourite protein powder and blend until thick and creamy
