Addressing nutritional deficiencies and insufficiencies is a key factor in optimising your nutrition.  There is no point intaking a big list of supplements if the building blocks to nutrition have not been addressed.

I will guide you on how to identify and address nutritional shortfall and deficiencies.

Track, Observe and Address

Nutrition Optimisation

Microbiome Harmony

The human microbiome encompasses a vast array of microorganisms, including bacteria, viruses, fungi, and protozoa, that coexist on and within our bodies. While the gut microbiome has been in the spotlight due to its impact on digestion, metabolism, and immunity, it's important to recognise several other essential microbiomes, such as those on our skin, in our oral cavity, nose, and lungs, also contribute significantly to our health.

An imbalance within the microbiomes commonly called dysbiosis has been linked to the development  broader systemic diseases. By addressing each of these microbiome sites with targeted interventions, our protocols aim to support holistic well-being and maintain the delicate balance of the human microbiome for optimal health.

Metabolic Flexibility

Metabolic flexibility refers to the ability of the body to adapt its metabolism and energy production according to demands.

In humans, metabolic flexibility is influenced by our stress responses depending on various factors such as nutrition, physical activity, inflammation, circadian rhythm, hormone and catecholamine metabolism, lifestyle and environmental factors.

The more metabolically flexible you are the less likely you are to remain within a cell danger response following an infection. You will therefore recover more quickly.

Nervous System Support

Our comprehensive approach aims to support the nervous system. We focus on promoting the stability of cell membranes to enhance signal transmission between nerve cells and support cognitive function. Additionally, our protocols include lipid therapy to provide essential fats that bolster brain function and maintain nerve cell structure, electrolyte replenishment to support cellular communication and nerve signalling and anti-oxidant protection to help support the effects of neuro-inflammation.

Lastly, we work with trusted partners who we can refer you to so that you are able to include techniques to support the limbic system's role in emotions and the vagus nerve's influence on various bodily functions, promoting emotional equilibrium and overall neurological health.
